In my head, I want to exercise daily, even for just 30 minutes...but it's not that easy when you juggle several projects daily.
This afternoon, since it's a Sunday and there are only few people around, I jogged whether I looked weird or not. I jogged in place.
I realized some things. 1. That I can go on jogging without resting for 30 minutes straight--it's an improvement... 2. I am now sweating like a normal person. Before, even if I ran like crazy for like an hour, I never sweat that much...that was why I always thought that deodorants work for me. I was surprised to see my suit wet despite the cold weather...way to go Jassy, your body is improving...yeah!:)
Moreover, I conquered a fear today. The fear of invitation. Since I'm able to invite people, I think I can do this invitation now. I am no longer afraid. As they say, the first is always the hardest...guess it's true. Glad I'm okay now.
Life is so good.:)

I've been reading articles sent to me via email. This is only my time to do that. I'm glad because now I'm learning a lot about living healthy. I'm particularly interested with antioxidants. Because it's true, that we can't avoid stress and detoxifying our body with the help of antioxidants can really help our cells.
Maybe I should start drinking tea just to cleanse my body. I actually tried taking 4G, the one endorsed by Bea because of the grapeseed in it but I can taste hint of garlic which is not really okay quality-wise. Do you stop the down syndrome? wah! Pwede naman sigurong magnais ng ganitong katawan di ba?=) I'm writing the lessons I've learned from love and guys...pero masyadong mahaba at magulo ako magkwento maybe it's because I'm supposed to be sleeping right now...kaya eto na lang muna.
When it comes to love, there are many reasons why a relationship fail. It fails because you're not meant to be together or the feelings you have for each other are no longer mutual.
A person, mostly guys, really loves you if he does everything to keep you. Di siya basta susuko. Gagawa siya ng paraan para makuha ka. Kaya nga andyan ang panliligaw eh. Sabi nga ng matatanda, "Harangan man ng sibat..."
Pero kung ayaw niya sa iyo, kahit anong gawin mo, hindi mo siya mapipigilan. Kung ayaw niya sa iyo, ayaw niya sa iyo. He may stay pero dahil lang siguro yun sa awa o sa convenience. Pero the moment na makita na nila ang talagang gusto nila, then iiwan ka na nila. Kaya it's better to just let them go.
The right person who wants to love you for life will come the moment that both of you are ready. So kung wala ka pang boyfriend o girlfriend o asawa sa ngayon, pwede mong tanungin ang sarili mo kung ready ka na nga ba talaga? Kung ready ka na talaga, baka naman siya ang hindi pa ready. Would you rather have a man/woman now na half-heartedly lang sa relationship or wait a while to have the love you've been longing for?

A new favorite series. I've finished season 1, hopefully there are many episodes included na for season 2. My nephew, who is 2 years younger than me, my cousin who is 17 years younger than me, watch the series with me. We tried to finish the whole series in one sitting(or seating?) but nature decided for us because as the final episode was getting more exciting, the lights went out and we had no choice but to sleep. The next day, I woke up early to finish the series and now I want more. I was talking to E's officemates when I realized that my left foot is finally okay. Now I can walk/jog again at CCP-Baywalk. Gumaya na rin ako sa inyo kaso nagsimula ako ng january 11. Dahil sa magaganda pics nyo, sa blogspot ko na lang ipinopost yung sakin.=) Taong 1999 to 2002, 2nd year college...pinaka "artistic" (maarteng autistic=)) na taon ko. Sadiary/journal ko binubuhos lahat ng kwento na gusto kong ikuwento. Nasa Manila ako nun, malayo sa pamilya ko, takot sa tao at di ko alam kung pano mag-open up. Nakilala ko ang mga kanta ng Foo Fighters, Parokya ni Edgar, Collective Soul, Sugar Ray, E-heads, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Gin Blossoms, Plumb, Jars of Clay, Sixpence None the Richer, Nirvana... Ilang tula nagawa ko nun na sinusubmit ko pa online at may matatanggap na lang akong email/message sa mga nakabasa ngmga tula ko...=) May pagkaresourceful/scheming na rin ako nito. I sent a poem to a guy I really liked without him knowing na ako yung nagbigay ng letter. Ilang books din nabasa ko nun palibhasa murapa ang mga libro nun. Bata, Bata pano ka ginawa?, Catcher in the Rye, at yung ibang books na assignment namin... The best yung year ko na yun...bakit ko nga ba kinukuwento sa inyo?
